Refund Policy

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with a paid Byteremix Maps plan, contact us within 30 days of your initial charge and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.

2. After the first 30 days

Outside the initial 30-day window, refunds are considered case by case - for example, a billing error, a duplicate charge, or an extended service outage on our side. We don't offer partial refunds for unused time in an already-started billing cycle.

3. How refunds are processed

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all payments and reviews refund requests. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 14 days of approval.

4. How to request a refund

Email hassan@byteremix.com with your account email and the reason for your request, or use the link in your Paddle order receipt.

5. Free plan

Byteremix Maps' free plan has no charge, so there's nothing to refund on it.
